For many months, all key insiders have unanimously been saying that Apple has decided to abandon the mini-version of the iPhone in the new line, replacing it with a large smartphone. Now, a few weeks before the presentation, opposite rumors have appeared. In particular, 91Mobiles writes that the iPhone 14 mini still exists.

The publication refers to data from Apple’s leading channel partner in the Asia-Pacific region, which has already begun preparations for the sale of a new set of devices. It will include:

  • iPhone 14
  • iPhone 14 mini
  • iPhone 14 Pro
  • iPhone 14 Pro Max
  • iPad 10.2 (10th generation)
  • iPad Pro 12.9 (6th generation)
  • iPad Pro 11 (4th generation)

Rumors about new tablets have also been reported earlier, so their mention here is not surprising, but it is rather strange to see information about the release of mini. It is worth taking this leak with a considerable amount of skepticism (which 91Mobiles also notes) since the Web is already full of descriptions of the new line with the iPhone 14 Max (Plus).

Perhaps some further data will be able to clarify the situation. The very same Apple presentation, according to rumors, will be held on September 7th.
