The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation proposed to introduce a moratorium on the consideration of all measures for additional regulation of the consumer market.
In particular, the department wants to postpone the entry into force of the law on the mandatory pre-installation of Russian software on smartphones, tablets and computers. It is now expected to come into effect on July 1, 2020. [ТАСС]
